ShellPoint Mortgage Servicing - Awful customer service and they refuse to give you the right information when you want to submit a complaint
It has been almost 6 months since we started a short sale approval process and have been unable to get an anything done mostly due to the inability of their Loss Mitigation Department to work the NET their investor wants. Is it because they get a bigger commission?
No information on immediate supervisors No information on complaint departments and They keep passing the call back to the same people you have a problem working with!!!
I don't believe their investor, BANK OF AMERICA, knows how they do business and how much delays cost their bottom line. ANYONE should have access to a complaint department or Administrative people who can resolve problems other personnel are unable to.
