The company was a good place to work for the first year. I enjoyed management and enjoyed the work that I was given. However, they promote people based on who sucks up the most and several managers were hired with no industry knowledge and simply were there to supervise and make employees lives miserable. Several managers do not speak to the employees and treat them as if they are subhuman.
The company culture is work, work, work and you get no appreciation from management nor do get any respect from management.
