I contacted them several times to send me the statement and received my 6 months report and found out that I have additional charges and when I ask to find the reason, I am told to write a letter. I had several issues in the past so many overcharges including double insurance payment, was charged twice within two days and fought to return the money and now they are upset because I did not let them take my money and declined to send me my monthly statement and again they continue to overcharge me.
Customer service is horrible. they got upset when they are asked questions or they do not have any answer, they do not allow you to provide supervisors information.
