I do not know where to start, but this has been the most terrible experience I have encountered in my life. My loan was transferred in November of 2018. I submitted two loss mitigation packages, the first one was lost and the second one was not reviewed at all, despite...

Email - ESCALATIONS@SHELLPOINTMTG.COM OR ESCALATIONS@NEWREZ.COM Per the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (run by the Federal Government) you have the right to submit a Qualified Written Request regarding any complaint or just to request documentation and information. What is a Qualified Written Request (QWR)?

A Qualified Written Request, or QWR, is written correspondence that you or someone acting on your behalf can send to your mortgage servicer. Instead of a QWR, you can also send your servicer a Notice of Error or a Request for Information. You can send a QWR to request information about the servicing of your mortgage loan or to assert that the company has made an error. Make sure your QWR explains in detail what information you want, or why you think the account is in error.

When you send your servicer a qualified written request, make sure to send it to the correct address. It may be a different address than where you send your payments. Your servicer must generally confirm it received your letter within five business days and respond with an answer within 30 business days. A QWR is just one way to notify your servicer of an error or request information from your servicer.

You can also send your servicer a written Notice of Error or Request for Information. Your servicer is not allowed to charge a fee for responding to your QWR.

My mortgage was transfered to shellpoint in early 2018. I was behind in my payments but before getting into foreclosure I applied for loss mitigation. Over a time line of 8 months submitting documents over and over I got no help during this time. I had a point contact that I communicated with by email, phone yet I did not get any help until one day after it was too late. I have all of the docs requested. I was told I waited too log...This was nothing but a game. Everything is all gone. Thanks for nothing 303 883 8113 not haply

Worst company ew have ever seen. | ShellPoint Mortgage Servicing in Kansas City, Missouri

We have requested a modification from Shellpoint and the payment amount to catch up was unreal now they refuse to even take our payments, they keep sending them back to us after that was the amount they told us to send. When we try to contact them we may get a call back a few weeks later, if at all. Count us in on this legal action

I have submitted a ton of personal documents in order to fulfill a loss mitigation application. Going on over a month now, and I can't even get a call or email back from my point of contact. Impossible to get any straight answers. Staff just gives you the run around and puts you on hold and doesn't return. AVOID THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF POSSIBLE!
