IN OCTOBER "2008" (REFERENCE THE YEAR PLEASE)

A REFINANCE WAS DONE WITH COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS FSB, THE PRIOR LOAN WAS ALSO WITH COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS MINUS THE "FSB"! DIFFERENT AND NOT INDORSED!!

BANK OF AMERICA BOUGHT COUNTRYWIDE FSB IN JULY 2008, COUNTRYWIDE FSB CONTINUED DOING BUSINESS UNTIL APRIL 2009. 5 YEARS, I FOUGHT BANK OF AMERICA, AND NOT ONCE DID THEY HELP IN ANYWAY, AND THEY COULD HAVE!! 5 YEARS NOTHING!!! HARDSHIP, DIVORCE, AND GOING THRU STAGE 4 CANCER, BANK OF AMERICA CONTINUALLY USED MY BANKRUPTCY AS AN EXCUSE THEY COULDNT DO A LOAN MOD.

THIS LOAN HAD A FIXED RATE PITI , FHA GOVERNMENT LOAN GUARRANTY. THEN *POOF* HOUSING OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT SELLS THE LOAN IN 3 POOLS TO GCAT MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC SERVICER IS RUSHMORE LOAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES, THIS PROCESS IS NAMED * DISTRESSED ASSET STABLIZATION PROGRAM, AND THERE ARE RULES THAT ARE TO BE FOLLOWED, BUT ARENT, BECAUSE THEY MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES!!!! " WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, CHRISTIANA TRUST RING A BELL ?" WELL NOW THE SERVICER IS " SHELLPOINT/RESURGENT/NEW PENN?????? 4 MORE YEARS HAVE PASSED, FRAUD, FRAUD FRAUD!!!

MY HOME OF 35 YEARS IS SCHEDULED FOR SHERIFFS SALE ON DECEMBER 27TH, 2018, WITH NUMEROUS MISTAKES I FOUND IN THE DOCUMENTS, JUDGES DONT READ THINGS CAREFULLY, THANK GOD, I LEARNED TO PROOF READ DOCUMENTS YEARS AGO!! COURTS DONT CARE, JUDGES DONT EITHER, NOR DO ATTORNEYS, ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!

This is almost word for word my loan story.... Started with Countrywide, predatory loan.

By the time we recieved a loan mod our interest rate was about 12% and rising. With a cap arpund 20% After we fought so hard to get our loan mod. Shellpoint takes over. Now we are in foreclosure due to them not recognizing 8 montha worth of payments.

The sell date on my home was today.

And they are still trying to figure out why my payments are not showing in the system. Awesome!

Daphne have you had any dealings with Wilmington Savings Fund Society dba Christiana Trust not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for BCAT2014-4TT? The reason I'm asking is if Wilmington "was" the owner of your loan, they no longer own it.

NewRez has acquired the loan, doing business as Shellpoint " Partners ", not Shellpoint Mortgage Services!

I have had to do a lot more research on this, I've not received a "letter of transfer" or " a Transfer of Ownership Letter "from Shellpoint Mortgage Services, or Wilmington Savings Fund Society dba Christiana Trust not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for BCAT2014-4TT ( these letters and numbers are loan pool numbers) GCAT Management Services llc became the " Owner", November 10, 2014, when Bank of America N A sold thousands of Defaulted FHA Government Loans, it specifically states that GCAT Management Services bought my loan in the Letter I received from Bank of America N A not until about a year later, did I find out that Ownership had transferred to Wilmington Savings Fund Society dba Christiana Trust not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for BCAT2014-4TT, again no letter received, it is a requirement by law that the Mortgage Company send you a formal letter stating ownership transfer, 2 notices i have yet to receive! It is so disturbing that our legal representatives are on the Mortgage Companies side, keep on it, I've been doing this alongtime, look up the Distressed Asset Stabilization Program that The Housing of Urban Development created, (DASP) it's a lot of reading , but you'll find it very interesting, especially if your loan was an FHA Government Loan, what is happening is completely illegal, I hope this helps, don't give up!

I agree!! So grateful I have kept every single document, sheriff sale stopped, hearing in court next week, going on 9years of this nightmare, working full time, helping my elderly parents, and a very stressed out son who suffers from panic attacks because of this.
